In this first ever YouTube Live, I share a cup of tea as we discuss the topic of emptiness as it relates to the spiritual path and becoming a capable conduit of the light of the Divine.
Paradoxically, the more that we let go, transcend and effectively empty ourselves of our selves, the more we become filled with the light and the presence of God. Furthermore, the more that we surrender and submit to the will of the Divine both outwardly and inwardly, the more that we come into alignment with the will of Allah, and the more that He Almighty acts through us.
This then becomes the path to true and pure servanthood of God, which is only possible to the degree that we relinquish the resistance, rebellion and will of the self, a feat that is only truly possible through divine love for Allah, His Messenger ﷺ and the way.
